Your questions
Do our guests need to install an app?
No. The QR code opens a web page in the phone's browser, and guests pick photos and videos straight from their gallery. It works on iPhone and Android.
Do guests need an account?
No sign-up of any kind. Guests can optionally type their name so you know who shared what.
Is the quality reduced?
Never. We store the original files. We only create small previews for the gallery so it loads quickly.
Who can see the photos?
Only you, by default. Each guest sees their own uploads, and anyone you give the slideshow link to can watch it. Turn on the shared gallery if you want guests to browse everything, and hide any upload at any time.
What happens when the event period ends?
Uploads close, and you have a download window (30 days on Premium, 7 on the free trial) to save everything before the files are permanently deleted. To keep it all instead, extend Premium for another year for €39 during that window, or upgrade a free trial event.
Is it a subscription?
No. Each Premium year is a single payment, and nothing renews or charges you automatically. If you want another year, you choose to pay for it yourself during the download window.
